The challenge was to design and implement a community energy efficiency project in municipal buildings. The specific location required careful consideration of several factors, including environmental and infrastructure conditions.
The solution
Project development
Our solution involved the design of a 1.5 MWp renewable energy system. Through meticulous planning and detailed execution, we were able to overcome the challenges and move the project forward.
The result
Project result
The result was an efficient and innovative energy community. With the successful implementation of this system, we were able to reduce our environmental impact, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable development.
Design and installation of renewable energy in farmhouses and detached houses
Gadic designs and installs renewable solutions for historic and isolated properties, achieving 100% off-grid buildings, covering all current and future needs.
The challenge was to provide renewable solutions for farmhouses, detached houses and historic buildings, taking into account the singularities of each location and their energy needs.
The solution
Project development
The project involved the design and installation of bespoke renewable energy systems, taking into account the current and future energy needs of each property.
The result
Project result
We achieve buildings that are 100% autonomous from the electricity grid, which means a significant reduction in environmental impact and an efficient response to all current and future energy needs.
The great challenge for our team is to develop “turn-key” photovoltaic parks for our customers, with full responsibility from conception to commissioning.
The solution
Project development
Our solution was a comprehensive approach to development, management and delivery, covering all aspects of the project, including planning, design and construction.
The result
Project result
We achieved optimal results, with more than 120 MW generated in several photovoltaic parks and five new parks under development, contributing to a significant reduction in environmental impact.
Design and project management of energy efficiency solutions
Gadic improves energy efficiency in the hotel sector. We have implemented sustainable solutions in 45 hotels of the ONA chain, increasing their sustainability and ecomarketing.
The main challenge was to improve energy efficiency in the hotel sector, in particular in the 45 hotels of the ONA chain, through sustainable solutions.
The solution
Project development
We develop and implement energy efficient solutions through energy audits and projects that reduce energy costs and increase sustainability.
The result
Project result
With our solutions, the ONA chain hotels have been able to reduce their environmental impact, improving their sustainability and positioning themselves positively in ecomarketing.
Design of access roads to 21 wind farms in Catalonia
Gadic has successfully designed sustainable accesses for 21 wind farms, minimising earthworks and environmental impact, even considering vehicles over 40m.
The challenge was to design sustainable access to 21 wind farms, minimising environmental impact and earthworks, taking into account the passage of large vehicles.
The solution
Project development
We developed the executive project, applying sustainability criteria and considering factors such as the length of trucks, which in some cases exceed 40m.
The result
Project result
The result was the creation of efficient and sustainable access roads that minimise environmental impact and facilitate the transport of large vehicles to the wind farms.
The challenge was to develop renewable energy projects at industrial level with installations both on the ground and on the roofs of warehouses. Among our challenges is the one executed for PROMIC S.A.
The solution
Project development
We design and install 100 KWp photovoltaic energy systems on the ground and 105 KWp on the roofs of logistics warehouses, implementing sustainable energy solutions.
The result
Project result
The result was the successful generation of 205 KWp of photovoltaic energy, contributing to the reduction of environmental impact and promoting sustainability in the industry.
Design and execution of the Therapeutic Garden of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau
Gadic designed and executed the first therapeutic garden in Spain at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, recognised for its sustainability and climatic inspiration.
The challenge was to design and build Spain’s first therapeutic garden at the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, a pioneering project in sustainability.
The solution
Project development
In collaboration with TEB Verd, we developed an innovative and sustainable design for the garden, making use of best practices in green architecture and environmental therapy.
The result
Project result
The project resulted in an award-winning therapeutic garden, and its impact was such that it was included in “El futur que volem”, a book of inspirational ideas for dealing with the climate emergency.
